A Day in the Life of a Local

Head up I-70 about an hour from Denver and hob nob with some amazing people who ‘hang their hats’ in the mountains.

Living in a Rocky Mountain ski town is like being in a fairy tale! Yes…we have long winters, but the summers are heavenly! With waterfalls, rushing rivers, open lakes complete with private islands (if you’re adventurous enough), trail systems that go beyond 14,000 feet, sailing and so many other adventures you can bet that you will never want to leave.

There have been times when I am out on the trail with my dog and I just stop and stare…it’s like sensory overload! If I could beam in everyone that I love to experience ‘that view’ – I would.

It isn’t much of a stretch to own real estate in the mountains. When you’re not there, you might be able to short term rent it. Imagine sharing your amazing cabin with people from all over the world!
